Eric Lanlard Hosted Dinner, Britannia
August 8, 2016

The final port of our Britannia cruise was Guernsey where we spent the day exploring the island by bike. Of course we also made a pitstop to try some of the famous Guernsey ice cream.

Guernsey

Back on board Britannia we glammed up for a hosted dinner with Eric Lanlard.

Britannia

Eric prepared a three course dinner for us to enjoy.

Goats cheese croquettes and rocket salad

Pork belly and bean cassoulet

Eric Lanlard Dinner

Lemon cheesecake and coulis

It was a lovely evening with good wine, good conversation, and as you can see, good food. The perfect end to the perfect trip. Thanks to Becky for inviting me and to P&O Cruises for hosting us.
