Rosevear Tea
July 20, 2016

A cup of tea symbolizes hospitality and friendship in many countries around the world. A cup of tea can connect people; warm and relaxing, you and solve a whole host of problems, especially if shared with a good ear!

Isabelle and Adam Rosevear, who created the Rosevear Tea brand, know this! They have loved tea since their student days in Edinburgh and were inspired by their discoveries and world of tea possibilities in the many tea boutiques of the French capital where they lived for 5 years.

They wanted to give something to their Edinburgh community by offering the opportunity to share their passion for quality leaf teas and created the Rosevear loose tea brand through this love and passion.

Their passion is evident. Visit them in their Tea Sampling Room in Bruntsfield and you’ll discover that passion for yourself. This really is a world of tea, tucked into their teashop and waiting to be tried and tasted.

They believe there is a perfect tea for each and every one of us; it’s just a case of finding which is the most pleasing for your taste buds. Don’t feel stumped by the variety there is to choose from. Their tea menu has great tea descriptions but more importantly, just ask them to help. You will find them super-friendly, super-enthusiastic and super-knowledgeable too. They want to share their passion with you, that’s why they created their brand.

They have an online shop where you can stock up and order for at home, but obviously getting to sample taste a tea before you buy is a big bonus (and will help you discover your favourite).

The row upon row of huge black tea jars show the variety they have to tempt you with and the fragrance hits your nose when they open them. Seriously don’t just go in to buy to takeaway.

Sit down, get some of their delicious brownies and drink your tea in there. The ambience is lovely, as are the ‘tealightful’ owners.
