Drift is a unique coffee house built inside a shipping container. It enjoys breathtaking views over the Firth of Forth and the Bass Rock. Drift is a perfect stop off if you’re visiting North Berwick, as we were.
Everything is freshly made using their family restaurants. I can confirm the Mocha Brownie we had lived up to billing!
There’s seating inside and benches outside plus free and plentiful parking (a rare thing these days!). In the summer I expect this place will be packed with tourists, walkers and cyclists.
In addition to the coffees and cakes there is also coffee, honey and various other bits and bobs if you fancy taking some treats home with you.
With a view as good as this you could get away with average coffee and cakes, fortunately at Drift you don’t need to compromise!
